  Lazy Lions team called a meeting together (11/04) to discuss current collection details, get feedback from the community, talk about the future direction of the collection and have members come out and talk about their own ideas for the collection

  • Setting up additional guide rails for members to help create drive behind the collection

  • Determining how to utilize the new monthly airdrop cards

  • Expanding upon the current marketing strategies to include those cards

  • Finding fit for the collection influencers or streamers to do card pack openings to help drive new members to the collection

  • Providing additional utility to the cards with set completion incentives such as being entered into a raffle to win a Lazy Lion or some partnered brand item

  • Possibly using the cards as a sort of billboard to promote partnered brands or even other collections

  • Creating the educational side of the collection with lions teach cubs

  • What type of information should be “taught” within that space meaning expanding on just answering question specific to the collection

  • Using lions teach cubs not only for helping new members to the collection but also expanding out to helping new people to the NFT space in general

  • Teaching people about the importance of Web 3 technology and how understanding that will give more confidence to entering the NFT space as well as the crypto space in general

  • How the lions that will be teaching the cubs get determined or given roles for that to help insure the integrity of the information being taught

  • Creating a more in-depth “FAQ” for people to point newer members to the space to that is filled with those more common on repeat answers to questions to help get everyone more on the same page with what is happening in the space at that moment

  • Stating the collections values and determining more of what the team wants for the collection and the community

  • Using those values to sort of anchor the direction of how members of the collection act to drum up hype or gorilla market and bring new people into the collection

  • Discussion on future Lazy Lion in person meetups

  • Starting loose committees focusing on different areas of expertise that holders could volunteer to help in, so for example if there was a marketing committee all the holders who have expertise in that area could come and volunteer their time there to help the collection

• Tenacious Tigers mint closing update
  The team has decided to close of minting of their first collection drop on Friday (11/12/21)

  • They’re adding 2 Bored Ape Yacht Club NFTs to help incentivize more people to mint

  • 1 BAYC will be given away when the collection hits 5,000 mints
